Telephone Surveys

Probe uses state-of-the-art technology and methodology in its telephone surveys. Our telephone interviewers use high-quality data collection tools, including advanced computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) hardware and software, and random digit dialing methodologies, which together provide the highest possible degree of accuracy when sampling the general population.

Probe offers clients multi-language telephone survey capabilities. In the past we have conducted surveys in English, French, Finnish and Tagalog.

Online Surveys

Probe’s online research, which also uses state-of-the-art software and the most secure technologies, is used by a variety of clients, including major corporations and governments. It is frequently used to survey employees of corporations, members of trade associations and panels representing a target demographic contacted via email. Email addresses of survey respondents can be provided by clients from their own data bases or acquired by Probe from other sources.
