Terry has been involved in market research for over 21 years. He specializes in multi-variate analyses such as segmentation, regression, factor and predictive modeling. During his 12 years with Angus Reid Group (now Ipsos-Reid), Terry was responsible for designing, building, training and managing the company's national data analysis team, and consulting on large advanced-analyses projects for many clients, managing market research and database analyses teams. While in the financial service sector, Terry instituted new advanced analysis techniques that combined research data with customer databases for segmenting the market and customers, and developing predictive modeling for targeted marketing efforts. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Waterloo, and is a past-president of the Manitoba Chapter of PMRS.
